Proposal of a Communication Mix in the Selected Company

The thesis is focused on the analysis of communication mix of the product of selected company and the subsequent proposal for its improvement. The theoretical part mainly contains basic principles, important concepts and knowledge that relate to the communication mix, but also to current issues in tourism marketing. The theoretical part was the necessary starting point for processing the analytical part of this work. The last part of the thesis is created from analysis and it contains proposals for a new or improve existing communication mix of selected product of selected company.
Products Creation for Destination of South Slovácko

This thesis is dealing with problems of creating products in the tourist destination South Slovácko. In the introductory part there are described theoretical solutions of thesis, first of all essence of the management and marketing of destination, touristic products and product creation. In the second part there are realized analysis, which are focused on evaluate of current destination condition, including analysis of touristic demand and comparison with the biggest competitors. Closing part is dealing with the design of the products, which should make touristic destinations more attractive.
User experience dizajn digitálneho produktu a jeho vplyv na správanie zákazníka v cestovnom ruchu

The bachelor thesis investigates the impact of the implementation of user experience (UX) design principles in a digital tourism product on the visitor's decision-making process when choosing which attractions to visit. In relation to this, the thesis seeks to find out how these findings can be used to improve the distribution of visitors in the Lednice – Valtice area. The thesis includes an analysis of existing digital tourism products in the Lednice – Valtice area, including user testing of one of the products and an analysis of the destination management situation in the Lednice – Valtice area. Using knowledge from the analysis and theory, the thesis proposes a new digital solution for the destination based on one of the existing products. To verify the results, an interactive prototype of a mobile application is created using Figma. The prototype is then user-tested to determine the impact of implementing selected user experience principles on customer decision making. Testing is conducted with a selected group of users, based on predefined scenarios. Based on the results, recommendations for destination management in the Lednice – Valtice area are formulated. The work contributes to the understanding of the role of UX design principles in the tourism industry and provides practical recommendations for the optimization of visitor distribution in this particular destination.
Analýza nabídky služeb cestovního ruchu v dané oblasti

This thesis is focused on the analysis of the range of services in the Lipno nad Vltavou area. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and application. The theoretical part contains basic technical terms from the field of tourism, which are important for understanding the purpose of the thesis. The application part begins with a chapter that analyzes and characterizes the area, including its range of tourism services. It follows from this chapter that Lipno nad Vltavou has the greatest potential in terms of natural conditions and that the offer of accommodation and catering services, including the offer of leisure activities, is sufficient. A questionnaire survey was used to analyze trends and customer preferences, using which missing products and services were found near the Korzo Lipno resort. The guided interview led to a deepening of the intention of the Korzo Lipno project and confirmation of the possibility of introducing the identified missing services from the questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, the thesis is based on the results of research and suggests the possibility of introducing services in a newly developing project, including their marketing and sales support.
Montanistic tourism as an opportunity for the development of new tourism

The bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of mining tourism in a chosen region. The work analyses opportunities for development of the new mining tourism products. The chosen region is Příbram region and it is specifically focused on the Mining Museum Příbram which is one of the oldest museums in the Czech Republic. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create new products of mining tourism, propose measures and contribute to improvement of services and potential of the Mining Museum Příbram. It is based on the analyses of customer satisfaction with visit of the Mining Museum. The survey was conducted using questionnaires collected in September and October, out of the main season. The questionnaires were completed by the Museum visitors during events or after the tour in mines. Based on the results, several measures are proposed to improve the exploitation of the potential for the mining tourism.
Rozvoj cestovního ruchu v Moravskoslezském kraji

Juráková, E. Tourism development in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Bachelor the-sis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. The bachelor thesis deals with the tourism development in the Moravian-Silesian Region and it’s separated to two parts. First part of bachelor thesis focused on tourism issue and destination management. The terms which are closely related to the topic are clarified here. The practical part evaluates the current state of tourism in the destination by using localization, selective and realization factors. Primary data were obtained via survey which took place among visitors to the Moravian-Silesian Region. Based on results of primary and secondary analysis the new tourism product was created. The product was designed to help develop tourism in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
Products of Tour Operators and Travel Agents for selected customer segments

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a product portfolio analysis that is currently being offered by travel agencies and the agencies focusing on the targeted group of customers. The selected segment of customers for the purpose of this thesis are college students aged between 20 and 29, due to their likely specific tourist behaviour patterns, needs and demands that set them apart from other tourism participants. Basing on the synthesis of the acquired data, another aim of the thesis is to suggest new original forms of tourism products and discuss their economic competitiveness.
The Model of Product of Sustainable Tourism

The thesis aims to design model of product of sustainable tourism. Tho model is focused on modern domestic tourism products, that meet necessary requierements in terms of sustainable development and current trends in the offer of tourism services and trends in demand. The products Religious Monuments of Kutná Hora, Moravian Wine Trails and Lipno Season Never Ends are analysed to fulfil the aim in terms of principles of sustainable tourism. Analysis is accomplished by qualitative comparative analysis. The rules, that apply to all researched products are identified by means of induction. I created the model of product of sustainable tourism based on discovered findings.
Gamification in tourism

The diploma thesis is focused on gamification and possibility of using gamification elements in the field of tourism. The aim of this work is to present gamification as a tool for influencing tourist behavior and to design an own product with gamification elements. In the theoretical part of the thesis a definition of gamification is analyzed alongside with the game elements and game thinking, which constitute the essence of this phenomenon, and the types of motivation of players and travelers are presented. Subsequently, a framework for gamification design is described. The fifth chapter defines the basic notions of tourism and introduces ways of using gamification in tourism. The theoretical part ends by chapters six and seven, where possible risks of using gamification as well as the most successful examples of its implementation are described. The practical part is devoted to the description of a new gamified product including graphic design and the timetable of introduction of the application to the market.
